Friday, 28 June 2013 It's so tiring, hearing other people talk about how tired they are. So I'm going to resist the urge to do that now. Rest assured, I am exhausted. But I won't go into detail about it. I've curtailed a lot of my "I'm so tired" talk since my friend had a baby. I feel like I can never, ever say how tired I am to her any more. She can always beat me. No more "Ugh, I'm WRECKED, I barely got 8 hours last night." Because she'll only then tell me she's slept a total of 8 hours in the past 8 months.

I have a lot to write about Tenerife, and I assure you that it will all come soon. An amazing water park, in which I screamed relentlessly for an afternoon (in a good way). A family of whales who bore an uncanny resemblance to the Baldwin brothers, swimming so close to me I could have stroked their husky cheeks. And the tiny little spuds I'm craving at the moment.
