Video Room Review for The Delano hotel, Las Vegas

If you're a fan of tiny boutique hotels, you're going to be out of luck in Vegas. This is the land of mega-hotels - towering beasts filled with thousands of rooms, sprawling casinos and gigantic pools. Most of the world's biggest hotels are located in the city, with The Venetian and The Palazzo taking top place with 7,117 rooms and suites. In fact, out of the top 15 largest hotels on the planet, 10 are in Vegas.
When I was in town, I stayed at the Delano, which comes in at number 7, when combined with its sister property, Mandalay Bay. These two shimmering, golden towers are most visible when you fly into Las Vegas as the sun is dimming, and the light is bouncing off the mirrored windows. Towards the bottom of the Strip, the two hotels combine and incorporate a huge pool and beach area (the Delano has its own private beach club, with a smaller pool and bar). It's also home to the Michael Jackson 'One' Cirque du Soleil show.
All of the rooms in the Delano are actually suites, kitted out with white leather, gleaming marble and huge king beds. I barely spent any time in mine, and doubt many people do, but there's enough room to swing a tiger, should you come across one. I made a short video, so you can get a glimpse into the suite itself.
